Rubenstein

Vice President, Marketing & Special Projects · 2007–2010 · New York

At Rubenstein, I worked with the leadership of an established public relations and reputation management firm as it adapted to digital media. My work combined company strategy, new services and internal training.

Creating new services

I launched and managed the firm’s creative and digital/social media groups, as well as a team focused on Wikipedia. These added new capabilities as clients faced faster news cycles and more ways to communicate directly with their audiences.

Helping the firm adapt

I developed and ran an internal modernization program, including workshops on emerging platforms and strategic thinking. I also advised executive leadership on company priorities, brand positioning and internal and external communications.

Supporting client work

I worked with the business development team on proposals and pitches, and advised clients on marketing, digital and social media initiatives.
